This course provides students with foundational tools and frameworks for analysis, evaluation and presentation/delivery of their recommendations to support their decision-making process.

Topics covered include foundational quantitative and qualitative analysis and visualization tools, structured decision-making methodology for managerial applications such as variations in inputs and production/output, process control, forecasting and executive decision making and persuasive problem-solving and decision-making in business applications, big data analytics and real-time decision-making.  The course will also focus on behavioral decision theory, cognitive bias, ethical considerations, and governance in data-driven decision making.
