This course teaches students to think strategically about brand and marketing choices for individuals and organizations, with a focus on analyzing the market, competition, and company to develop effective marketing strategies. Topics covered include market analysis, competitive analysis, marketing strategy development, real-world case analysis and creation, personal and organizational brand evaluation and improvement, digital transformation and innovation in strategic marketing, and global marketing strategies and cross-cultural branding. The course will also focus on sustainability and ethical marketing practices.
