Drawing from both classical and modern theories, this course examines the psychological principles that underpin effective leadership. Students will explore diverse psychological insights that inform leadership practices and how these practices are adapted in the context of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and autonomous systems. As a prelude to understanding the motivational and cognitive processes of the teams they lead, students will reflect on their own psychological preparation for digital leadership, including adaptability and resilience in the face of the exponential rate of change that characterizes the emerging digital world.
