BUS 964  - Supply Chain Architect

This course examines the principles and practices of managing logistics and supply chain operations on a global scale. Students will explore the complexities of international logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, while considering the impact of globalization on supply chain strategies.  Topics covered include global supply chain management strategies, transportation and distribution in global markets, inventory management techniques, customs and trade compliance, and risk management in global logistics.
