LDRSH 931 - Capstone Research I Minimum Credit(s) Awarded: 3 Maximum Credit(s) Awarded: 3
In this course, students will embark on the first phase of their capstone project, identifying a real-world problem or idea relevant to leadership studies. Students will compose the introductory sections of the project, including a clear articulation of the problem, a description of the context, and an analysis of the assumptions and constraints shaping the situation. The course will emphasize the use of academic language appropriate for leadership case studies. Additionally, students will evaluate the feasibility of their capstone research proposal, considering the practical and theoretical challenges involved.
