LDRSH 933  - Capstone Research III

In this capstone course, students will synthesize and report the findings of their leadership research project, offering a critical analysis of the assumptions and constraints that influenced their research. As part of their final portfolio, students will articulate a personal philosophy of leadership, shaped by their learning throughout the program and compose a substantive reflective essay on how their understanding of leadership has evolved.  The culmination is an oral defense of these products.
