COR 230S - Storytelling for Social Justice Minimum Credit(s) Awarded: 4 Maximum Credit(s) Awarded: 4
This course explores the power of storytelling as a tool for social justice. Students will identify a storytelling need through personal experience and/or community-based research that will emphasize Edgewood College’s values of truth, justice, compassion, partnership, and community. They will then learn techniques to tell stories that foster those values. Ultimately, students will craft and share stories that aim to create a more just and compassionate world.
