Minor Policies

A student must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0 in all courses taken to fulfill the minor. Any course in which a student receives a grade below “CD” will not be accepted toward the minor.

Minor Requirements

A minimum of 20 credits in Earth Science to include:

GEOS 102 S - Intro to Earth Science Minimum Credit(s) Awarded: 4
GEOS 103 S - Oceans and Atmosphere Minimum Credit(s) Awarded: 4
GEOS 203 S - Historical Geology Minimum Credit(s) Awarded: 4
GEOS 301 S - Weather and Climate Minimum Credit(s) Awarded: 4
Four additional credits in earth or space science.
