The minor, together with a licensing major, is part of a program leading to a Wisconsin initial educator license to teach Spanish at the level corresponding to the major. The minor requires 32 credits beyond SPAN 101 and SPAN 102, to include:
Spanish or Transfer Courses
Eight credits of intermediate Spanish or transfer courses (maximum of 8 credits accepted or 8 retroactive credits):
