Business Communication involves the effective and appropriate exchange of information in a formal setting. In this program, you will strengthen the skills, strategies, and behaviors used to convey messages, ideas, and information in a clear, concise manner from face-to-face settings to digital campaigns. You will also develop skills to inspire and motivate individuals and teams to achieve desired outcomes.
