This concentration is designed to prepare students for graduate school or work in an industrial or governmental laboratory. Careful consultation with an advisor is recommended.
Major Policies
A student must maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0 in all courses taken to fulfill the major and concentration requirements. Any course in which a student receives a grade below “CD” will not be accepted toward the major. Transfer students must take a minimum of 12 chemistry credits at Edgewood University. All transfer courses must be approved by the department.
