Program Description

The Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development program is designed for individuals wanting to cultivate their leadership and change management skills to drive positive change and lead successful organizations within the human resources space. This program is aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) curriculum to provide educational training for students to attain nationally recognized industry certification upon completion.  

Organizations across the globe are in need of leaders equipped to navigate the intricacies of rapidly changing business environments.  With a focus on the cultivation of human capital, the program will prepare students to implement innovative solutions to complex problems within the area of people and workforce management.

Completion of the MS in Human Resource Management and Development program requires a total of 30 credits and can be accomplished in one to two years. To accommodate the busy schedules of working professionals, the coursework is offered completely online.
