The Organizational Behavior Concentration is intended for future professionals who want to contribute to their organization’s success by improving the well-being of its most important asset: its people. The concentration prepares you for responsible leadership and managerial roles in a variety of organizational settings.

Business Major Requirements
Students completing a Business major must complete one of the following concentrations: Accounting, Finance, General Business, Management, Marketing, or Sports Management. Students must complete all Required Courses and BUS courses with a grade of C or better. Required Courses
