Program DescriptionThe Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Change (MSOLC) program is designed for individuals wanting to cultivate their leadership and change management skills to drive positive change and lead successful organizations in all industries. Organizations across the globe are in need of leaders equipped to navigate the complexities of rapidly changing business environments. Employers are increasingly seeking those who possess the capacity to take the initiative to strategically lead and manage change efforts. Utilizing practical application of organizational leadership skills, the MSOLC program further develops your expertise in critical thinking and decision-making focused on organizational leadership and change management strategies. Completion of the MSOLC program requires a total of 30 credits and can be accomplished in one to two years. To accommodate the busy schedules of working professionals, the coursework is offered completely online. Program Highlights- The MSOLC Program curriculum is designed to meet the needs of working professionals and provides a flexible schedule. Students can finish in as little as one year, or spread their coursework across multiple semesters to accommodate personal schedules and needs.

- The MSOLC program uses a format limited to small groups of no more than 20 students. Students come from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences, creating a rich diverse community of learners who support each other in both intellectual and personal growth.
