To attain the Elementary Education and ESL licenses through the Elementary Education major, students must progress satisfactorily through the School of Education assessment system. In addition, candidates for this license should have the following: Wisconsin Foundations of Reading Test (exam #190), with passing score of 233 or above; minimum of a 2.75 cumulative GPA; and grades of BC and above in major courses (no grade below a BC will count towards the Professional Core or Major Requirements)
